Trademark Notice

XENORA™ is a trademark owned by Xenora Solutions LLP. The mark identifies services offered by or associated with Xenora Solutions LLP and distinguishes those services from the services of others.

This notice applies to the XENORA word mark, the Xenora Solutions name, associated logos, and other distinctive brand elements used by Xenora Solutions LLP. The absence of a trademark symbol does not waive our rights.

The XENORA mark is owned in connection with services in Nice Classification Classes 35 and 42. Class numbers are included as a concise reference and do not replace the precise services covered by the relevant trademark records.

You may make truthful, non-misleading references to Xenora Solutions LLP or its services when reasonably necessary to identify us. Any reference must not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, certification, or partnership where none exists.

Without prior written permission, you must not adopt, apply to register, register, or use XENORA, the Xenora Solutions name, our logos, or any confusingly similar variation as a trademark, trade name, company or LLP name, product or service name, domain name, social media identity, username, advertising identifier, merchandise mark, logo, or visual identity.

When used as a brand, business name, or source identifier, adding anything before or after XENORA does not make the use permissible. This prohibition includes any combination formed by adding a word, name, letter, number, symbol, prefix, suffix, geographic term, descriptive term, domain element, or other matter before or after the mark, or by joining, spacing, hyphenating, abbreviating, translating, transliterating, or stylising the mark with another element. You must not imitate our branding, alter our logos, or use any such variation in a way likely to cause confusion or suggest sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or partnership.

Trademark rights in India are governed by the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and the Trade Marks Rules, 2017. The Trade Marks Registry operates under the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks (CGPDTM), Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce and Industry. Relevant provisions include section 27(2), which preserves passing-off remedies, and, where registration applies, sections 28, 29, and 30 concerning registered rights, infringement, and permitted honest reference.

Business-entity names are administered separately through the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Sections 15 and 17 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 address LLP names that are identical with or too nearly resemble existing entity names or registered trademarks. Sections 4 and 16 of the Companies Act, 2013 provide corresponding rules for company names. Reservation, approval, or incorporation of a name by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs does not itself grant trademark rights or permission to use a Xenora mark.

Other names and logos appearing on this website may be trademarks of their respective owners. Their appearance is for identification only and does not imply an endorsement or ownership claim by Xenora Solutions LLP.

This notice and any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to our marks, this notice, or any alleged unauthorised use of a Xenora mark are governed by the laws of India. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all such disputes, claims, and proceedings are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. This clause does not override any jurisdiction or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
